How It Works

Reach Out!
Call, text, email, or fill out our quote request form on our website. We can schedule a brief in person visit to see the place and talk details. An in person visit is preferred, however if you want to skip this step, we can deliver a quote over the phone and with pictures.

Site Walk and Quote
We’ll come by to talk about how we can best help you, and do a quick walk around to help in providing a quote. Don’t worry, the visit is quick, usually 15 minutes! We will have the quote sent over the same day.

Prep
If we are doing an inside clean as well, we ask that you remove valuables and fragile items away from the windows prior to service to reduce the risk of accidents. We can absolutely move heavier items such as furniture, taking note so we make sure to put them back in their correct location.

Service
Upon acceptance of our quote, arrange a date for us to come out and make your windows crystal clear! If we are working inside, we take special care to be clean inside your home, using booties and drop cloths. Depending on the service requested, we shouldn’t be more than a few hours in total.

What does Our Cleaning Entail?
Choose whether you’d like exterior only or both inside and outside cleaned. We include a quick wipedown of the sill, track, and screens with our standard cleanings. Screen washing can be added for an additional charge. Our crew uses professional products and techniques to deliver the best results in a timely manner! We will be sure to go over what is included and excluded in our services during the site walk and quote. For example, if there’s a few paint drops or silicone on the windows we will absolutely take care of those, however if it’s a majority of the windows, we may need to talk about additional charges and scratch waivers due to the additional time and risk of using razors to remove this debris.
